At Herbahush, we stand behind the quality of our wellness products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. However, if something isn’t quite right, we make returns as smooth and simple as possible.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your item is delivered to initiate a return.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- All accessories, manuals, and inserts must be included.
- You must provide a valid proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt).
We do not accept returns if:
- The product has been visibly used or damaged due to misuse.
- It is beyond the 30-day window.
- The product was marked as final sale or non-returnable at checkout.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact our support team at support@herbahush.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Clear photos (if defective or damaged)
2. Our team will review and issue a Return Authorization (RA) with the return address and steps.
3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the status.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or sent incorrectly.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Herbahush is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
