At Herbahush, we stand behind the quality of our wellness products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. However, if something isn’t quite right, we make returns as smooth and simple as possible.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your item is delivered to initiate a return.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • All accessories, manuals, and inserts must be included.
  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt).

We do not accept returns if:

  • The product has been visibly used or damaged due to misuse.
  • It is beyond the 30-day window.
  • The product was marked as final sale or non-returnable at checkout.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact our support team at support@herbahush.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos (if defective or damaged)

2. Our team will review and issue a Return Authorization (RA) with the return address and steps.

3. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the status.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or sent incorrectly.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Herbahush is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Eligibility for a Refund

Refunds are only issued for:

  • Products returned within the 30-day window
  • Products returned unused, in original condition, and with a Return Authorization
  • Orders with defective or damaged items (photo evidence required)

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The product has signs of use or wear
  • The item is returned without an approved RA
  • The item is returned after 30 days without prior approval

Refund Process

Once we receive your return:

  1. Our team will inspect the item within 3–5 business days.
  2. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
  3. You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued.

Processing Time

  • Refunds usually take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
  • If you haven’t received your refund within that timeframe, contact your bank first, then email us at support@herbahush.com.

Shipping Fees

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
  • If you received free shipping and return the item, a shipping fee may be deducted from your refund (if applicable).
